Possible manifestations of the failure of the cartoning machine:

Analysis of the reasons for the cartoning machine:
The equipment manufacturer uses the horizontal installation method to install the three conveyor belts, that is, the feeding conveyor belt and the feeding conveyor belt 2 are on the same horizontal plane, and the feeding conveyor belt 1 is about 30 mm below the horizontal plane, which is basically parallel to the three-dimensional surface. Or when the blister plate is detected by the photoelectric detection equipment below the feeding servo motor and pushed by the feeding servo motor, it will be stuck at the inlet channel below the feeding servo motor, resulting in feeding failure and equipment shutdown.
The improvement method for this kind of failure of the cartoning machine: the length of the feeding conveyor belt is 150 cm, the length of the feeding conveyor belt 1 (bottom layer) is 100 cm, the length of the feeding conveyor belt 2 (upper layer) is 115 cm, and the stacking length of the three conveyor belts in the middle position About 12 cm. In practice, the distribution conveyor at the stack is slightly higher than the two feed conveyors. After the adjustment, the boxing property can ensure that the blister board is pushed into the front and rear feeding conveyor belts by the feeding servo motor in a horizontal shape, and the blister board can be normally transported under the feeding servo motor.
