According to the order of the teeth, the sequence number of the punch can be identified by the control system.

When there is a waste piece, the computer outputs a signal to the blowing hole switch according to the sequence number of the punch that produces the waste piece, and the compressed air can remove the unqualified piece. At the same time, the computer also sends the signal output to the film mechanism, and after amplification, the electromagnetic device is energized, and the film baffle is quickly pulled together to block the qualified film passage, so that the waste films enter the waste film passage for collection.
