What are the steps to correctly use the vacuum pump of the blister packaging machine?
Start: After the oil level is determined, the vacuum pump can be started. Before starting the vacuum pump, the rotation direction must be checked after one start and every change of wiring.

Operation: Before the blister packaging machine works normally, the valve of the intake pipe should be closed, and the pump should be operated for more than 15 minutes under the limit pressure state, which can effectively extract the water vapor in the gas. The motor should not be started frequently (should be lower than 6 times/hour).

Limit pressure measurement; the ultimate pressure should be measured directly with a compression vacuum gauge at the suction port of the pump. After the pump is used for one time, used after long-term shelving, and after changing the oil, the air port should be closed for at least 1 hour, and the pressure should be measured after the pump reaches the working temperature and the pump oil is fully degassed.

When the ambient temperature is between 10°C and 40°C, use the ISO-VG100 viscosity grade, and when the ambient temperature is between 0°C and 10°C, use the ISO-VG32 viscosity grade. The vacuum pump should always check the oil level and oil contamination, and the oil should be changed after the pump has been working for 150 hours at a time.
