After the complete set of tablet press molds are installed, move the handwheel to make the turn back and rotate for two circles, and check the high and low punches entering the middle die hole and the running status on the rail guide, which should be sensitive, without collision and hard rubbing. It should be noted that when the lower punch rises to the highest point (ie, the film output), it should exceed the working surface of the turntable by 0.05-0.15, so as to avoid damage to the punch and other parts, then start the machine, idle for 5 minutes, and start production after stable operation.
