The measurement of ultimate pressure: The ultimate pressure should be directly measured with the compression vacuum gauge at the air suction port. Using the ISO-VG100 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil when the running environment temperature is between 10℃ and 40℃. Using the ISO-VG32 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil when the ambient temperature is between around 0 and 10℃. When the vacuum pumps are running, the oil level must be between 1/4 and 3/4 of the height of the vacuum pump oil window.
