Before the blister packaging machine working, the inlet pipe valves should be closed at first, so that the vacuum pump can run for over 15 minutes under the ultimate pressure state. This way can effectively extract the water pump in the gas. The motors should not be stopped and started frequently (the times is less than 6 time in one hour). (Notice: When the vacuum pumps are running normally, the surface temperature of the oil-water separator, the pump body, the pump cover, etc., will exceed over 70°C. Do not touch it with your two hands; do not add the oil when the pumps are running.)

The measurement of ultimate pressure: The ultimate pressure should be directly measured with the compression vacuum gauge at the air suction port. Once the pump is used for at the first time, or after the long-term use, or after the replacing the new oil, the air port should be closed for at least one hour. After confirming that the vacuum pumps of the blister packing machine reaches the running temperature, the pressure can be measured after the fully degassing.

The vacuum pump oil for blister packing machine: The vacuum pumps should use lubricating oil that meets the production requirements of the SHO528-92 standards. Using the ISO-VG100 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil when the running environment temperature is between 10℃ and 40℃. Using the ISO-VG32 viscosity grade vacuum pump oil when the ambient temperature is between around 0 and 10℃. When the vacuum pumps are running, the oil level must be between 1/4 and 3/4 of the height of the vacuum pump oil window.
