The main features of the bottling mechanism of the automatic counting machine:
The feeding and bottling nozzle is customized according to the bottle types and the specification;

Guangdong Rich Packing Counting Machine Electronic Feeding Mechanism:
The design of the silo is equipped by the transparent observation window, that is convenient for the operator to observe the feeding;
Using the electromagnetic vibration of the multi-stage linear vibration plate, the vibration amplitude would be adjusted by itself, and the counting speed is fast;
The DC vibrator is used for stable vibration, so that pharma particles (including irregular materials) move smoothly;
The multi-level stepped particle slide-way makes the material spread and move down step by step, opening the appropriate distance between the materials and to avoid overlapping.

The three stage powerful vacuum device design has a suction hole (groove) at the end of each vibration groove, and the powder collected and will be sucked by the vacuum cleaner.
