Maintenance should pay attentions to the following aspects:
(1) The tableting room should be cleared in time. After several hours of continuous operation, the tableting chamber will be filled with fine powder of the material. These fine powder adhere to the punch, punch hole and middle die hole, which will cause plug punching, punch breakage and damage to the feeder. Therefore, during the work process, the tableting room should be cleared regularly, and it is recommend that at least once per shift.
(2) Regularly check and maintain the work parts that are easy to wear. Wear parts such as rail guides, pressure rollers, and dies should be inspected or lubricated in time for maintenance.
