1. The quality of the punching die should be checked repeatedly before use, whether there are missing corners, cracks, deformation, tightness, unqualified, and the equipment is in good condition. Check whether the raw material powder of the granules is dry, and the powder content in the granules shall not exceed 10%. If it is unqualified, do not use strong pressure, otherwise it will affect the service life of the machine and the loss of raw materials.
2. The choice of speed directly affects the service life of the machine. Since the properties of raw materials, viscosity, sheet diameter, and pressure cannot be uniformly specified, the structure of this machine adopts a stepless speed change device, and the slow speed is suitable for pressing minerals, plant grasses, large Diameter, poor viscosity, etc. and materials that are difficult to quickly form.

3. When using the high-speed tablet press machine, you should always pay attention to whether the sound of the machine is normal. If there is a scream or strange sound, stop it and check to eliminate it. Do not use it reluctantly.
