According to the practical barrier data of aluminum foil and PVC hard film or PVC/PVDC composite hard film obtained from some manufacturers, we found that although the packaging material is different The barrier property test data is very close, but the blister actual test data can sometimes differ by several tens of times.

When testing the barrier properties of the entire blister manufactured by the blister packaging machine, we use special accessories to complete the preparation of the blister sample, using the equal pressure method in the oxygen transmission rate test and the sensor in the water vapor transmission rate test. Method to implement testing. Special attention should be paid to the adjustment of the flow rate during all experiments to avoid affecting the sample morphology.

The detection of volatile pharmaceutical ingredients can refer to the organic gas transmission rate test method.
