The high-speed rotary tablet press machine is used to compress the various granular raw materials into round tablets, and can also compress various geometric shapes of special-shaped tablets. The tablet press machine is suitable for mass production of calcium tablets, milk tablets, candy, chemical metallurgy electronic components with larger diameters.

The speed of the turntable, the filling depth of the material and the thickness of the tablet can be adjusted during tableting. The mechanical buffer device on the machine can avoid damage to the parts caused by overload. There is a powder suction box on one side of the machine body. The dust generated when the machine is running can be absorbed by the suction nozzle to avoid sticking and blockage, and the raw materials can be recycled for reuse.

Some tablet press machine has a memory storage function(ZP-55), which can automatically store and recall all parameters of different production batches. It is used for tablet production in the pharmaceutical industry, and is also suitable for chemical, food, electronics and other industrial sectors. The outer casing of the punch of the high-speed rotary tablet press machine is fully enclosed, the material is stainless steel, and the inner table is made of stainless steel. The surface of the turntable has been specially treated to keep the surface gloss and prevent cross infection, which meets the requirements of GMP.
