The vertical cartoning machine feed is generally divided into three entrances: the manual entrance, the medicine bottle entrance and the machine box entrance. The whole process from the machine package box feeding to the final packaging molding can be roughly divided into four stages: lowering the box, opening, filling, and closing the lid. The action of lowering the box is usually to suck a carton from the feeding port of the carton by a suction cup, go down to the main line of the carton, fix the carton by a guide rail, and open the carton with a push plate.

The forward-moving card position rises from below and jams the sides of the carton from the front-to-rear direction, causing the box to open at a right angle and move forward to the loading area. After move into the filling area, the mechanism of the machine will fold the carton ears into the left and right guide rails, and then perform the closing progress. Before closing the cover, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the carton, and then a push plate pushes the box cover to bend, so that the tongue is inserted into the box and locked. The action of closing the lid is a key action, and its completion has a lot to do with the structure of the carton and the accuracy of the machine adjustment.

The working principle of the vertical cartoning machine is as follows:

(1) The vertical cartoner uses an automatic method to put the product into the product conveying boat, and the conveying boat is driven by the conveying chain to move;

(4) The push rod conveyor chain of the cartoning box packaging machine drives the push rod to move. At the same time, under the action of the guide rail, the push rod pushes the product and the manual into the relevant box.
