When pressurizing, be aware that the threads must go into the upper plate, not just attach a few buckles. Prevent thread deformation; add lubricating oil to screw 2 regularly. Prevent the screw from rusting and affect its use; the pressure should not exceed the pressure range of the machine, otherwise it will be dangerous; the small laboratory tablet press should use clean No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. When pressure is felt, the manual pressure handle 20 is firm, but the pressure gauge 21 has no indication, and the pressure gauge 21 should be removed immediately.
