The turntable of the tablet press machine rotary type is a circular turntable, and the upper and the lower dies holes and the middle dies holes are evenly distributed over the entire circumference. With the rotary of the main drive shafts, the horizontally fixed punch moves up or down along the guide rails, finally complete the tablet making process. As the main working station of the tablet press, little common failures would occur in the continuous working process:

(1) The lackage of cordiality of the upper and the lower die holes and the middle die holes due to the long-term wear: the main reasons for these phenomenon is the increase of moving friction, and the serious results may lead to the normal operation, so the turntable must be replaced quickly.

(2) The rotary motion in the turntable will affect the feeding or output work. The rotary motion on the worktable is fixed on the turntable by setting the cone lock block usually.

(3)If the wire ropes at the top of the middle dies are loose, that will cause the middle die to move upwards and will cause the feeder to wear. The upper thread of the intermediate dies are a wear part. The intermediate dies cannot be fixed for a very long time and should be replaced in time.
