Control of the tablet dosage of the tablet press. Various tablets have different dosage requirements. Large dosage adjustment is achieved by choosing punches with different punch diameters, such as 6 mm, 8 mm, 11.5 mm, 12 mm and other punches. After the die size is selected, the small dosage adjustment is to adjust the depth of the lower punch into the middle die hole, thereby changing the actual length of the middle die hole after the bottom seal, and adjusting the filling volume in the die hole.

Therefore, there should be the mechanism for adjusting the original positioning of the lower dies in the die hole on the tablet press machinery to meet the dosage adjustment requirements. As different batch numbers always have specific volume differences, this adjustment function is very necessary.
