One is that the PVC is easy to run off or become thin during the forming step after each splicing.

This problem occurs because the edges of the butted PVC are uneven, or If the butt-joined transparent tape is not smoothly pasted, or the baffle of the splicing table is clamped too tightly, resulting in a slight change in the PVC, it will cause uneven stress on the PVC, and the heated PVC is easy to deform, which causes the PVC to run away.

Or the thinning is caused by the conflict between the splicing table stop bar and the PVC docking position, and the PVC changes drastically.

The first solution is to align the PVC each time the splices, and the transparent tape to be pasted must be flat and neat.

There is a lamination phenomenon during PVC molding. In this case, it is generally a waste of time and packaging materials for the empty board, and it is necessary to re-splice the pieces after the molding.

If the width between the splicing table of the blister packaging machine and the PVC is too large, it will cause the PVC to move left and right, and at the same time, it may cause the PVC to form an arc before the molding die due to the inertia of the traction, and the material PVC will leak due to uneven pressing. , There is a problem of poor molding.
