Some technologically advanced aluminum-plastic blister packaging machines are equipped with various automatic monitoring devices, which can play various protective functions and automatically stop the operations of this blistering machine when the following problems are found:

(1) Strictly check that the safety cover of the blister packaging machine is opened;

(2) Strictly check whether the compressed air pressure of the blister packaging machine is insufficient;

(3) Strictly check whether the heating temperature of the blister packaging machine is not enough;

(4) Strictly check whether the PVC film or aluminum foil of the blister packaging machine is used up;

(5) Check whether the packaged medicines are used up

(6) Mechanical overload at certain stations;

(7) The circuit is overloaded.

Before the following problems are solved, the blister machine is determined not to be able to start operation:

(1) The safety shield equipped with the detection function is not completely closed;

(2) The compressed air pressure parameter of the vacuum pump is insufficient;

(3) The heating temperature of the forming station and the heat sealing station of the blister machine is not enough;

(4) Lack of customized PVC or aluminum foil film;

(5) The overload or other faults that have occurred before have not been eliminated;

(6) The function keys are set incorrectly after manual operation, and the emergency stop key is not reset, etc.
