What Is The Difference Between The Structure Of A Two-Color Tablet Press And An Ordinary Tablet Press?

The two-color tablet press is to press two different colors of materials into one material, and the pressed materials will not interfere with each other. Due to the realization of two-color compression, there are some differences from ordinary tablet presses in many aspects, such as:

1. Upper pressing wheel frame device

The upper cover of the two-color tablet press is a one-piece casting. The grooves are equipped with pressure wheels. It fits over the crankshaft. The mechanical rod is connected to the coil spring at the outer end of the shaft. Compression increases the distance between the upper and lower pressure wheels, reduces the pressure to protect the mold and the safe use of the mold, and adjusts the pressure to rotate the flower handle to change the length of the spring, so that the pressure of the spring is sufficient.

2. Upper rail device

The guide plate is in the shape of a disc, and a heat-treated guide rail is embedded around it, and the guide rail is fixed with screws. The groove at the end of the upper punching hole extends along the convex edge of the guide rail, and the guide rail moves up and down.

3. 35-hole turntable device

The turntable is a one-piece casting with 35 vertically evenly distributed die holes. There were 35 punches in the hole. The whole is set on a fixed vertical axis. It is driven by worms during work. The entire carousel holds all punches and rotates clockwise.

4. Drive shaft with clutch device

The drive shaft of the two-color tablet press is mounted horizontally in a bearing bracket, with a worm in the middle, a test handwheel at the front, a conical disc clutch at the rear, a handle control switch and a parking space, the clutch is contacted by a coil spring pressure transmission. If the load on the machine exceeds the pressure of the spring, slipping will occur, so the machine will not be seriously damaged.
