How To Adjust The Use Process Of Blister Packaging Machine

First, adjust the forming box of the blister packaging machine, and adjust the synchronization of forming, heat sealing and punching steps. Loosen the lock nut at the bottom of the box, turn the handwheel to move the box horizontally, adjust the box to the required position, and tighten the nut.

The lower forming die of the blister packer should be adjusted to align with the guide rails and keep it level so that the PVC pulls over the guide rails. Adjust the molding upper mold, adjust the PVC position, adjust the alignment of the upper and lower molds, loosen the nut, and the circular surface and the upper plate are completely separated. Tighten the four nuts respectively to make the upper and lower molds completely fit, and then rotate the nuts to the bottom of the molding fixing plate.

Put the nut below the breakpoint under the raised die template of the blister packaging machine, adjust the uniform position of the upper and lower round nuts of the four columns, make the die fixing plate move up and down, and close the round head die column after adjustment. Jog the upper and lower parts, pull the aluminum to the heat sealing area, keep it with the PVC plastic plate, start to close, observe the heat sealing of the mold, and adjust repeatedly until the welding achieves a good effect.
