Before operation

(1) Check whether the glass turntable and vibrator have stopped.

(2) Check the glass turntable and vibration discharge tank, and there must be no other debris.

(3) Adjust the size of the tablet mouth

(4) Orbiter adjustment method:

1. The outer orbiter and the inner orbiter should be parallel to each other, the width should be slightly larger than the diameter of the tablets or capsules to be counted, and the output port should be placed in the middle of the electric eye seat.

2. The front end of the peripheral orbiter should be fixed on the circumference, and the hatch cover should be smooth when the capsule slides.

3. Adjust the deflector, the height is slightly larger than the thickness of the tablet.

4. Match the size of the bottle mouth and the particles, and choose a suitable lower mouth.

5. Adjust the height of the lift plate and lock the positioner.

6. Turn on the power of the automatic counting machine, set the number, slowly start the turntable and vibrator, and check the medicine

Whether the sliding of the particles is smooth, whether the screen display is correct, if it is normal, you can start the operation.

When the automatic tablet capsule counting machine is in operation, if the tablet drops a lot of powder during work, it can be connected to a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust. During operation, the vibration discharge should match the speed of the turntable and should not accumulate on the disk surface to avoid track jams. Pay special attention to capsules. If there are too many blanks, it is easy to overlap or block in the orbiter, and the electronic counter counts inaccurately.
