Reasons for delayed disintegration: insufficient amount of disintegrant, large adhesive viscosity, large amount of hydrophobic lubricant, high pressure, and high tablet hardness.
Solution: choose a good disintegrant, or increase the dosage, reduce the amount of binder, or replace the binder with low viscosity, add hydrophilic lubricant, and adjust the pressure of the tablet press.

2. The reasons for the large difference in tablet weight: the particle size is different, the flow rate is different, the lower punch is inflexible, and the loading is too much or too little.
Solution: re-granulate, add glidant, stop for inspection, and adjust the feeding hopper of the tablet press to make the amount of filler consistent.
