The automatic capsule filling machine generally adopts the form of automatic intermittent rotary motion. It is installed on the rotary table in the center of the capsule filling machine worktable. Common faults of automatic capsule filling machine:
1. The vibration of the capsule filling machine is not ideal, adjust the voltage of the capsule filling machine.
2. The reed screw of the capsule filling machine is loose, and the screw of the capsule filling machine is tightened.
3. The capsule shell is arranged on the working table of the capsule filling machine, the mouth is higher or lower, and the height and guide rail of the dislocation board of the capsule filling machine are adjusted.
4. The capsule shell is too inverted (more than 3%), the vibrator of the capsule filling machine is not properly adjusted, and the qualified capsule shell is selected because the appropriate voltage is adjusted or the size of the capsule shell is out of specification.
5. The capsule shell is stuck on the board of the capsule filling machine and cannot be dropped. Replace the capsule shell or adjust the position of the dislocation board and the board hole.
6. The mold of the capsule filling machine cannot be reset in the track, and the pressure spring at the rear end of the guide rail is stuck or the capsule deformation is stuck. Reinstall the spring or ejector rod.
7. The guide plates in the mold is worn, that affects the low rate of capsule fitting. Replace the mold of the new capsule filling machine or loosen the positioning on both sides.
