What are the steps for unpacking the blister packaging machine?

1. When unpacking, check whether the machine is complete, whether the accessories are consistent with the list, and whether there is any damage during transportation.

2. The blister packing machine should be placed in the room horizontally, no need to install foot screws, and a rubber plate with a thickness of about 12mm should be placed under the feet to avoid long-term damage to the ground and displacement.

3. Thoroughly clean the machine when it is turned on. Use a soft cloth slightly dipped in soapy water (or detergent) to wipe off the oil and dirt on the surface, and then dry it with a soft cloth.

4. For safe production, the ground wire should be connected to the designated location on the grounding sign.

5. The machine should be operated and maintained by full-time personnel.

6. The operator must be familiar with the instruction manual, and operate the machine after having a basic understanding of the structure and usage of the machine.

7. All kinds of gears, sprockets, guide sleeves and cams of the transmission mechanism should be refueled once per shift.

8. The helical gear reducer of packing blister machine should be regularly filled with sodium molybdenum disulfide for lubrication according to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
