There are two ways to heat seal the aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine: roll pressing and plate pressing:
1. Rolling type
The material to be sealed is passed between the two movable rollers to continue the sealing. However, the packaging material passes between the two movable rollers and stays under the pressure for a very short time. If you want to obtain a qualified heat seal, the roller speed must be very slow or the packaging material must be adequately preheated after passing through the heat sealing roller.
2. Plate pressure type
When the material to be sealed arrives at the sealing station, the heated heat-sealing plate and the lower template are in contact with the surface of the sealing, and they are tightly pressed together for welding, and then separated quickly to complete a heat-sealing process cycle. The plate-type mold heat-sealed packaging products are relatively flat, and the pressure required for sealing is large.
The surface of the heat-sealing plate (roll) is made into dots or nets with chemical milling or mechanical rolling to improve the sealing strength and the appearance quality of packaging products. But the more critical point is that it can stretch the material of the heat-sealed part during the sealing process, so as to eliminate the tightening of wrinkles. It must be noted to avoid tearing through the film during the heat sealing process.
