Protection and liquidation of semi automatic capsule filling machine

1. When the capsule filling machine is in normal operation for a long time, the parts that are directly in contact with the powder should be cleaned regularly or according to the operating conditions;

2. The idea transmission mechanism at the lower part of the capsule filling machine panel should dispose of oil pollution every 500 hours of operation, check the wear condition, and confirm that there is no abnormal condition before adding a smoothing agent to continue operation;

3. The filter of the vacuum system must be cleaned every 200 hours of operation; for 1500 hours, a new #100 vacuum pump oil must be replaced.

4. The hub bearings on the lower connecting rods of the semi-automatic capsule machine are filled with lubricating oil every 200 hours of operation; the lubricating agent is changed every 3000 hours of operation or half a year (whichever comes first).

5. When the total production time of the equipment reaches 1500 hours, the machine will actively lock for maintenance, and contact the manufacturer to eliminate the maintenance lock after refueling and maintenance. (Product updates, some products do not have this function)

6. Clean the vacuum filter bag of capsule filling machine regularly (once a week) to prevent debris or dust from being sucked into the vacuum pump and causing damage.
