Between the hopper and the rotating follow-up plate in the blistering machine, a scraper or a fixed baffle is used to restrict the groove or hole of the rotating baffle to only drop a single drug.

The rotating speed of the rotating baffle should match the moving speed of the foamed plastic film, that is, to ensure that each row of grooves on the film falls into a single drug. If there are several rows of concave bubbles on the plastic film, sufficient length or number of rotating partitions should be provided accordingly.

For the horizontal axis partition on the left side, sometimes no soft skin plate is provided, but for the width of the plastic film, both sides must be equipped with cofferdams and baffles to prevent the drug from falling outside the film by blister packaging machine.
