The DPH-190Ultra from Rich Packing Machinery is a compact Roller-Plate Blister Packing Machine for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical tablets and capsules. Combining flat-plate forming with roller heat sealing, it delivers up to 18,000 blister packs per hour, depending on product and pack layout. Servo-controlled forming, traction and cutting support stable operation, while modular tooling enables mold changes within 30 minutes. It supports Alu-PVC and Alu-Alu packaging with suitable configurations.
