The DPH-190Ultra from Rich Packing Machinery is a compact Roller-Plate Blister Packing Machine for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical tablets and capsules. Combining flat-plate forming with roller heat sealing, it delivers up to 18,000 blister packs per hour, depending on product and pack layout. Servo-controlled forming, traction and cutting support stable operation, while modular tooling enables mold changes within 30 minutes. It supports Alu-PVC and Alu-Alu packaging with suitable configurations.

DPP 270Max ZH 130W Blister Packaging and Cartoning Line utilizes dual-machine intelligent linkage technology to efficiently and automatically complete all complex operations: blister packaging process, image capture and unqualified product detection and removal, servo-linked feeding device, automatic folding of inserts, and precise cartoning of various materials, with a production capacity of up to 130 cartons per minute. The delivery time for the production line is 20 days, and the entire interconnected line requires minimal personnel, with only one operator needed.
