Turkish Clients Show Strong Interest in DPP-90R Blister Packaging Machine

We were honored to welcome a delegation from Turkey to our factory for an in-depth inspection and machine testing. This visit aimed to gain a comprehensive understanding of our company's manufacturing capabilities and ensure the quality and reliability of our machinery.

Led by our experienced Sales Manager, Owen, the clients were given a full tour of our showroom, with special attention paid to our popular blister packaging solutions. One machine that stood out during the visit was our DPP-90R Blister Packaging Machine, which immediately attracted the interest of the delegation.

The small blister packing machine is a dual-purpose blister packaging machine designed to automatically to package a variety of products including tablets, capsules, gummies and even tomato sauce. Small and compact machine body, but great performance which has gained the attention from our Turkish delegation.

1) Small Size:The size of this machine is only 1500*500*1000 mm

2) Versatile Applications: This machine is compatible with Alu-PVC, Alu-Alu, and Paper-Plastic packaging. It also supports a wide range of materials, including PVC, PS, and PET.

3) High Performance: The output of this blister packaging machine can reach 2,300 blister plates/hour. Same working stations and functions as larger blister machines: Forming - Feeding - Sealing - Traction - Cutting. 

4) Modular Design: Slot-type mold, fast and easy mold changes in just 15 minutes.

5) Waste Recycling System: keeping the workshop clean and tidy.

On-Site Testing and Engineering Support

During the visit, our engineer Mr. Yang provided a live demonstration of the DPP-90R Blister Machine, walking the delegation through each stage of the blister packaging process. The clients were invited to inspect and test the machine on-site, during which they raised specific technical questions and observed the machine's performance closely. With Mr. Yang’s expertise, all their doubts were clearly addressed.

One member of the delegation remarked that, this machine is compact but powerful. It runs smoothly and has a very user-friendly control system. They are impressed by its performance and stability. The delegation are looking forward to seeing the integration of this blister machine into their production setup.
