This visit marked another significant step in their collaboration following the successful signing of a contract for the NJP 3800D high-speed pharmaceutical capsule filling machine on April 14. The purpose of this visit was to further evaluate Rich Packing's production capabilities and finalize a cooperation agreement for a blister packaging and cartoning line. Currently, they are using a blister packaging machine and a vertical cartoning machine purchased five years ago, which present several challenges: Frequent Product Changeovers: Due to the variety of product specifications, switching between production runs requires significant time and effort for maintenance and cleaning, severely impacting normal production schedules. Standalone Machines, No Automated Line: The existing machines operate independently without forming an automated production line. After blister packaging, workers must manually organize and feed the blister packs into the cartoning machine, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to inconsistent feeding quantities. High Manual Intervention, Low Capacity: Extensive manual handling makes it difficult to detect and reject defective blister packs (e.g., missing tablets, damaged blisters), resulting in a final product qualification rate of just over 80%. ...
