These making includes fruit soap, rice milk soap, the face cleaning cream, pharmacy medicines, daily cosmetics, bottle made by the glass, the articles for daily useful things, jam soap, the medicine materials, and etc. The cartoning machine high speed has the ability of producing efficiency, the big scale speed can max to 7777 bottles/h.

The working Continuously 365 day and 24 hours none stop make stable production. The design purpose of these machine are to meet the needs of mass production, especially the using of planetary gear box forming turntable. According to the size of the paper carton box, the turntable can set multiple suction cup grippers to grasp the paper carton. On the right side of the turntable, we designed a rapid prototyping devices. When the turntable rotates anticlockwise, the captured cartons collides with the forming devices, and the forming process can be completed 80% ahead of working time. The turntables then turn to the lower carton shaping rail to complete carton’s shaping. Through this patented practical turntable, the production speed of our machine can reach 259 boxes per minute.
