The punch of this ZP E tablet press has a linear speed of ≥60m/min with the rotation of the turntable and has a forced feed mechanism. The machine is controlled by PLC and has the functions of automatically adjusting the pressure to control the weight of the parts, eliminating waste and printing data, and displaying fault shutdown. 
In recent years, a sub-high-speed rotary tablet press that combines the characteristics of a rotary tablet press and a high-speed rotary tablet press was born in our company, the speed of the rotary table is positioned at 40r/Min min, and the number of molds is 45 and 55 punches head, the output is 200,000 pieces/hour and 260,000 pieces/hour. It does not require hydraulic system, and the price is relatively suitable for most customers. This is a very cost-effective tablet press.
The shape of the sheet pressed by the tablet press is mostly flat and round, and is then formed into shallow and deep arcs on the top and bottom, which is required for coating.
